Refund policy

RP Fit accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

To request a return, email info@rpfits.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
